Terrible experience – definitely not worth $325! My shade cloth was marked as “delivered” by Team Global Express, yet their proof was literally a photo of the top of my mailbox — with no parcel in sight! After weeks of being given the runaround by both the courier and Thrives Outdoor, it finally arrived. And after all that? The $325 shade cloth is incredibly flimsy and cheap-feeling. I honestly cannot believe the price for this quality. Weeks of frustration for an overpriced, disappointing product. Definitely would not recommend.
