Plug it in via USB, select the heat setting with the button on the chest and get heat in approximately 15 seconds. The construction
Heating wire in double spiral between two soft layers
The heat comes from carbon fiber wire in a double spiral that is waterproof and flame-retardant according to the manufacturer. The wires sit between a rib-knit outer layer and a soft fleece lining, so the heat is kept close to you. The outer layer is jacquard knit in a cotton blend and the lining is soft waffle fleece.
